This tool lets you reorder the pages of a PDF by dragging thumbnails into the sequence you want — useful when a document was assembled out of order or scanned in the wrong sequence. It works at the page level, so nothing inside the pages changes.
Reordering runs locally in your browser with no upload. Get the order right before adding page numbers, since numbering reflects the final arrangement. See our rotate and reorder guide.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many pages can I organise?
There is no hard limit — page thumbnail rendering is done per-page so even large documents are handled progressively.
Can I duplicate pages?
Page duplication is not currently available. Use the Extract Pages tool to copy a page into another document, then merge.
